life with 3 kids

Wow - I never knew how complicated life could be until I had 3 kids. Anna Kate was born on July 18th of this year and I was NOT ready for it! First, you have to balance all of the kids at once and try not to drown under the guilt of not being enough for everyone. I basically do dishes so I don't get roaches and laundry so we have clean clothes!

Anna Kate is sleeping much better now and I can even put her down during the day some too. She's getting there and now that we are starting Harry on meds to help him sleep, we may actually start getting caught up on our lack of sleep. My head isn't as fuzzy as it was thankfully!

As we approach the fall, we are approaching the anniversary of my mom's death. It's been hard to deal with the emotions of it all. She died the day after I found out I was pregnant and her death was unexpected. She was finally about to move to Texas to get a new lease on life. She had such a miserable life for so long, but we know that now she is finally happy with daddy again.

I've taken the plunge and gone digital to a blog and invite you along for the ride. I've called it "just breathe" because I learned a long time ago that sometimes when you are overwhelmed and at your wits end, it's all you can do to get to the next moment. I don't promise to update daily, but will try. If you have any comments, please feel free to post.

I'll be talking about my family, life, job, faith, political ideas, and whatever else strikes my fancy. Some days it'll be funny others maybe not so much. Either way you may learn something!
